FAQ

How is GRDL's belt different from others?

The GRDL belt is like your pregnancy sidekick, blending top-notch research with down-to-earth practicality. Ours is the perfect blend — firm for support, but not rigid, so you can keep moving with ease. No more awkward moments sitting down; our unique design makes it comfy anywhere.

Think of our belt as your BFF, giving you that extra lower back love and supporting your changing body during pregnancy. It's shaped to reinforce the natural curves of your spine and pelvis. We've had it tested by women at all stages of pregnancy, with varying symptoms and levels of daily activity.

Trust us, GRDL's got your back (and pelvis)!

How long should I wear it for?

Feel free to wear the belt as long as you'd like during the day, however we recommend having a break overnight. Usually, it is most beneficial in standing and walking positions.

Can it be worn in sitting?

Yes! Unlike conventional pelvic belts, GRDL's soft material lets you keep your belt on in sitting. For extended periods of sitting, we suggest removing the belt to optimise comfort levels.

Can I wear it with my pregnancy shorts/leggings?

Yes, our belt can be paired with your preferred pregnancy compression shorts or leggings (as well as any other outfit!)

Can I use it if I'm NOT pregnant?

Yes! While the GRDL belt is designed with pregnancy in mind, a support belt may be beneficial to non-pregnancy specific back and pelvis pain. Seek personalised advice from your healthcare professional.

What is the belt made from?

The belt has been made from lightweight and durable neoprene, with a combination of nylon and spandex for elasticity and support. It is latex free.
