Hi, I’m Helen.

I’m passionate about helping people break free from the grip of disabling headaches, migraines, jaw and facial pain, and persistent neck pain. I understand how overwhelming and isolating these conditions can be—how they can take the joy out of daily life, leave you dreading the next migraine, or lying in bed waiting for the pain to ease. My mission is to help you reclaim a life filled with energy, freedom, and enjoyment.

Over the past 12 years, I have been dedicated to understanding the complex world of chronic headaches, migraines, and TMJ dysfunction. What I’ve learned is that healing is never one-size-fits-all—but with the right approach, there is almost always a path forward.

I’m committed to uncovering the root causes of your symptoms and guiding you toward personalised solutions that truly make a difference. This passion comes from personal experience. After a whiplash injury as a teenager, I struggled with chronic headaches and jaw pain. Later in life, I dealt with vestibular (dizzy-type) migraines. Through my own journey—and with the support of skilled practitioners—I found ways to manage and overcome these challenges. Now, I want to help you do the same.

You don’t have to face these conditions alone. I’m here to listen, support, and work alongside you as we find what works best for your body and your life.

Helping You Live Headache-Free

Our Approach to Headache and Migraine Care - We focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of your symptoms—not just managing the symptoms. Our comprehensive approach often includes assessing the upper cervical spine for dysfunction, evaluating cranial, muscle and fascial tension patterns, and exploring potential contributing factors such as hormonal imbalances, mental health factors, diet, nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, gut health, and TMJ dysfunction. By looking at the whole picture, we aim to provide targeted, effective, and lasting relief.

Temporomandibular joint disorders & Associated symptoms we can help with;

  • Clicking and Locking

  • Bruxism - Clenching and grinding

  • Jaw, neck and facial tension and restriction

  • Ear symptoms - ear ache, fullness, tinnitus

TMJ disorders are highly frustrating for individuals experiencing them and it can often be difficult to find someone that’s able to recognise and help manage the condition.

Many people are unaware that targeted manual therapy and osteopathic treatment can be highly effective in relieving TMJ-related pain and associated symptoms.

As osteopaths with a focused interest in TMJ disorders, jaw pain, headaches, and neck dysfunction, we understand that successful management requires more than a one-size-fits-all solution. A truly effective approach to TMJ pain must be multifaceted and may include:

● Assessment of jaw joint mechanics and muscular function

● Manual therapy to relieve tension and restore mobility

● Assessing contributing factors such as posture, stress an malocclusion

● Collaboration with dental or allied health professionals when needed

● Patient education and tailored self-management strategies

We’re here to provide holistic, evidence-informed care to help you move forward with less pain and better function.

Conditions We Treat - Dizziness/Vertigo

  • Vestibular migraines

  • BPPV - Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

We understand how debilitating it can be when it feels like the world is spinning, when even turning your head too quickly or rolling over in bed becomes overwhelming. Two of the most common causes of dizziness we see are BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) and vestibular migraines.

People often describe their dizziness as a sensation of the room spinning, feeling off-balance or unsteady, as though they’re on a boat, or experiencing light-headedness. These symptoms can be frightening and are frequently accompanied by increased stress and anxiety, making daily life even more challenging. We have the knowledge and understanding to treat these presentations so that you can get back to enjoying your life.

Neck & Shoulder Pain we can help with;

  • Whiplash

  • Poor posture

  • Trigger points pain

Understanding the Impact of Whiplash and Posture

Whiplash injuries and poor posture are two of the most common underlying factors contributing to chronic neck pain, headaches, and jaw discomfort. These issues can place significant strain on the spinal cord, overload the muscles and fascial connections at the back of the neck, and create ongoing abnormal pressure in the craniocervical region.

Over time, this can lead to a hyper-sensitised nervous system, making pain more persistent and harder to manage. Our goal is to help you restore healthy posture, reduce strain, and support decreasing the hypersensitization in your nervous system—so you can regain comfort and control.
