After more than 8 years practising Pilates, Courtney recently turned her passion for movement into a career in teaching. Courtney is friendly, personable, and loves building genuine connections with the people she works with. After welcoming her baby girl, Courtney developed a deeper interest in supporting pregnant and postnatal women to feel strong, confident, and at ease in their bodies through Pilates.
Alongside teaching, Courtney is currently completing a Master of Primary Education, and is excited to blend her love of teaching both on the reformer and in the classroom. She can’t wait to guide you through mindful, enjoyable movement that supports your body and goals.
Outside of the studio, Courtney loves spending time with her husband and daughter, catching up with friends, and keeping active—whether that’s joining a mums-and-bubs Pilates class or taking long walks with a coffee in hand.
You’ll find Courtney teaching our pre and post natal classes on Tuesday mornings, Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at CMH!
