Skyler Waring
Osteopath and Clinical Pilates Instructor
Skyler is a qualified Osteopath and experienced Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people get moving and back to doing the things they love. Fascinated by the human body, she loves building relationships with her patients and seeing the confidence that comes when they realise they can move and do more than they thought possible.
Having worked as a Pilates instructor for over four years across both group and private settings, Skyler enjoys combining hands-on treatment with movement and exercise rehabilitation. She has also completed further training in Dry Needling to expand the range of treatment options she can offer her patients. Skyler enjoys treating a wide range of presentations, including neck and back pain, sporting injuries and women’s health concerns.
Skyler believes in treating the whole person and working collaboratively with her patients. She wants people to feel listened to and supported, while also leaving with a better understanding of what is happening and feeling empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
A keen runner herself, Skyler understands how frustrating it can be when injury gets in the way of doing something you love. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her running, going on long walks with friends, reading a good book or spending time with her family.
Skyler treats on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon, as well as Saturday mornings.
