Clinical Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates classes are a mix of Pilates and other functional rehabilitation exercises. These classes offer tailored injury rehabilitation and are specifically designed for each individual client.

Our programs are full of variety, allowing us to keep our clients challenged while also conditioning your body in a range of different functional postures and movements. With the use of a mix of equipment, including a Pilates reformer bed, a Pilates Wunda Chair and traditional mat work, our Osteopaths and Physios ensure you get the most out of each class.

Why are our classes different?

  • Our classes are taken by Osteopaths and Physios who use both their existing clinical reasoning combined with complete Pilates training to create personalised sessions.

  • With a maximum of two clients per class, we are able to continually provide hands-on correction to ensure optimal technique at all times.

  • At Collective Motion you won't do the same class twice, our Osteopaths work hard to continually challenge our clients by providing new exercises to keep up with your progress.

  • We use a combination of reformer exercises, Wundachair exercises and mat exercises to achieve a well rounded class.
