How to Use
Mix one sachet (8g) into 250-600mL of cold water. Enjoy as required. Suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children, following advice from your healthcare professional.
What’s Inside Hydramama?
Magnesium + Minerals (Sodium + Potassium)
Magnesium supports electrolyte balance, as well as nerve and muscle function. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports psychological function.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C contributes to energy metabolism, immune system function, and connective tissue function. It also contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, nervous system function, red blood cell formation, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
Bioavailable Methylated Folate
Contains bioavailable folate (50µg per serve, 25% RDI). Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal blood formation, and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
